What is covered: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship (such as handles, zippers, or wheels failing due to manufacturing errors.

What is NOT covered: To keep our prices fair, this warranty strictly excludes:

Airline/Carrier Damage: Damage caused by baggage handling (cracks, broken wheels, crushed shells) is the responsibility of the airline. Claims must be filed with the carrier before leaving the airport.

Normal Wear & Tear: Scratches, dents, and cosmetic abrasions.

Misuse: Overloading or improper handling.
